Machine ApplicationThe solid-state ultra-audio frequency induction heating equipment for copper tube annealing is mainly used to heat the whole copper tube to meet the temperature requirement during annealing treatment. it adopts the heating method that the copper tube moves along the axial direction through the induction heating coil. After induction heating, the copper tube reaches the annealing temperature to meet the requirements of annealing process.

Design Proposal

IGBT is used to form a series resonant inverter to provide the power needed for copper tube heating, including rectifier, filter circuit, inverter and corresponding control and protection system.

The power supply cabinet adopts a series resonance mode, and the resonant capacitor is installed in the slot cabinet.

A new connection is adopted for the electrical connector between the inductor cabinet and the resonant tank.

The inductor cabinet shell is made of 316 stainless steel, which can reduce or avoid the corrosion of lampblack.

The hose in the inductor cabinet is oil resistant rubber hose. The sealant used in the cabinet is oil and high temperature resistant type. The sensor hose is fixed with a hoop.

1)The inductor cabinet sizes: L*W*H 2800mm*800mm*700mm, center height 450mm, placed at the platform from customer.

2)The connection between sensors is fast positioning type, and waterway joints are quick and pluggable structures.

The water pipe joint and the outlet pipe of the inductor cabinet are in the back, the connection between water pipe joint inner inductor cabinet and the main road water pipe is quick detachable type.

3)The inductor assembly and the graphite guide sleeve assembly are modular design, the graphite guide sleeve and the support are quick disassembly structure, the graphite guide sleeve is provided by the demander, and the supplier adopts the demander dimension to design the support structure.

4)The cabinet is a frame structure, and the top cover can be quickly pressed and opened to facilitate installation and maintenance of the equipment.

5)The master row of the inductor cabinet is back outlet, the connection of the master row is fastened by a rotating bolt, and the safety guard is provided with an electric interlocking mechanism, with danger mark.

6)The original design is with two kinds of inductor, in order to adapt to different specifications of copper tube. The inner diameter of the inductor is 23mm, the insulation between the inductor turns is strengthened, and the number of inductor turns is preliminarily designed to be 24 turns.

7) The outlet of the inductor cabinet is provided with through hole dia. 16mm, and the inlet and outlet have guiding effect.

8)The sewage outlet of the equipment is at the bottom. With 1 inch ball valve which is quick disassembly structure. It is easy to clean with steam and hot water, easy to disassemble & assemble and sealing.

9)Both sides of inductor top (facing the cabinet) have 1 inch exhaust port, flange connection design, easy disassembly and sealing;

10)The inductor cabinet is with lifting positions, and the installation holes of smoke collecting cover are arranged at both inlet and outlet of production line.
