Product Description
Decoiler Straightener Machine is in the short space design was designed to meet the needs of customers with limited space. It`s smart and easy to move and install it.
Decoiler Straightener Assembly Together 2 in 1,It could effectively save the Installation space, reduce precision material transition segment in the process of straightening,then could maximize develop of the machine performance.
Decoiler Straightener Machine can Uncoiling And Straighten the metal sheet coil from width 70-1000mm, and thickness from 0.5-4.5mm, coil weight from 500kgs to 5000kgs. Well-compatible with NC Servo Roll Feeder for metal stamping line.
The system comprises of Single Spindle Decoiler along with a driven Straightener mounted ahead of it. The feature of the system is that as they are mounted on the same base structure, the alignment concerning each other saves space & installation time.
The decompiler & straightener heads are selected from our standard range to offer modularity & fast deliveries while still maintain the quality levels of individual equipment.
It has 7 pieces of straightening rollers,4 on the top and 3 at the bottom,the surface of the rollers has been treated thickened hard chrome and precise polishing, whose hardness can reach HRC60°±2.
The straightening wheel have a dial indicator,it could find the leveling points quickly. It strengthens roll stiffness according with the straightening back pressure wheel, then make the straightening effect better.

Adopt four-point fine adjustment is adopted, which is more suitable for processing high-precision products.
Adopt four-point independent pressure to adjust the pressure of the feeding roller for entrance and exit, effectively preventing material deviation and deformation.
The supporting roller adopts the galvanizing roller without power, the material is one body formed, the surface is scratch-resistant and wear-resistant, use the mechanical bearing, rotating flexible and durable.
The Handwheel is made of cast iron, the surface is electroplated.
The protective cover on both sides protects the transmission part, equipped with an observation window for easy viewing.
The wheel of the press arm is coated with PU, which wouldn't scratch the surface of the metal strip.
Adopt safety protection adjustment circuit time delay, silver alloy contact, various and dial, satisfied different delay ranges.
The switch adopts sliding contact, with a self-cleaning function, normally open and normally closed contact adopts a separate bonding structure, can work with different poles, is equipped with anti-rotation positioning, and stop loose mounting gasket.
Adopt a self-duplex flat button, the force is light, the key range is moderate, and the building block type combination structure. The contact is made up of keto-base composite points with strong conductivity and a large current, with a life span of up to 1 million times.
